Lush gardens with flowers and a playground surround the studios making the perfect scenery for your holidays. Barbeque nights are organized at the exterior area for the guests of Saint Nicolas bungalows and studios. The magnificent beach of Saint Nikolas is just 70 m from the studios.

SPACIOUS ROOMS

The bungalows are 48 square meters for 2-4 persons with separate bedroom, living room and spacious kitchen fully equipped.

The studios are 28 square meters for 2 adults + 1 child with fully equipped kitchen.

The bungalows and studios feature two large balconies and terrace overlooking the sea and the garden.

All rooms have:

“An excellent stay for families!”
We visited St. Nikolas with our 7-year old boy, it must be one of the cleanest apartments we've ever visited in Greece. Our room was spacious for three people (our son slept on the couch which was converted to a bed), overlooking the garden and with a nice, spacious balcony which was great for breakfast. The bathroom was fully functional and equally spacious. This is a property we'd definitely recommend to other visitors. The green around us was stunning and it's just a 3 min. walk to the beach! The beach was quite windy most of the times in late August but we didn't mind that at all, it is a sandy beach with crystal clear water and perfect for children to play.

Spacious bungalow located in a pleasant, quiet park. Excellent wi fi reception all over the place. Nothing was missing and everything was in perfect working order. Very helpful owner. Ideal for a week long relaxation.

The location is excellent, just 1 minute from the Agia Nicolais Beach, one of the nicest beaches we have seeen in Karpathos. The rooms are sourrounded by a beatiful green garden that gives the entire place a nearly tropcal flair. The owners are very friendly and helpful and you feel the passion they have for caring for the beatiful garden and the entire place. We stayed there twice and overall conclude that Saint Nicolas was by far the best deal we made. The price if more than reasonable for what you get. If we come back to Karpathos, this will be our choice.
